Self Doubt... Our Worst Enemy

Negative Self Talk, Not Having Confidence, No Faith In Yourself... whatever masks it wears, Self Doubt is usually our worst enemy.

“Remember why you started. You knew it would not be easy. It’s a rough road that few people take, but the ones who are brave enough to keep going, will be forever remembered.”

Consistency in life, consistency in recovery, and consistency in the gym make us stronger. Their payoffs are often invisible when we first begin. Usually our most challenging obstacle, is ourselves. If we continue the journey, work hard, if we stay on the path AND believe in our work... we will get to our goals.

Lisa has been a constant pillar of regular fitness classes at FTR. She’s continued to push herself, support her peers and get stronger over the last few months. She has a drive and determination that sets her apart from others. Lisa finally stopped doubting herself, her abilities and her strength and conquered her first strict pull up over her own worst enemy... Self Doubt. Congrats Lisa for beginning your journey one pull up at a time.
