"So proud of Fred! After 2 1/2 years of doing high fitness together he went to Las Vegas and became an instructor himself. He has been so dedicated and has worked so hard. He amazes and inspires so many and I'm grateful for his friendship. Hopefully he will be joining me on Wednesdays at FTR!"
